How long do projects take?

Branding projects: 4-6 weeks

Website projects: 6-8 weeks

Complete Kit projects: 8-12 weeks

We only work with 2-3 clients at a time, to ensure that we can focus our energy and attention on our projects and ensure a timely delivery.

Can I pay in installments?

Absolutely - we offer payments in 2 or 3 monthly installments. Please note that final files will not be transferred until final payment is made.

Can the kit deliverables be customized?

Of course! During our discovery call, we’ll talk through your needs and take any additional deliverables into account when creating your proposal.

When can we start?

Please reach out to see when we’re available to start your project. We only work with 2-3 clients at a time, so we recommend setting your date as soon as possible!

What costs aren’t included?

There may be additional costs along the way (such as font licenses for a branding project, or domain registration for a website project). We recommend budgeting an additional $200 for any costs that may arise - but these costs are totally up to you.
